“Bought this as a Christmas present for my husband because he is always cold. He has used it repeatedly and told me I really scored on this gift for him. He is very picky. Only thing is he thinks maybe the battery doesn't re-charge up to the 4 bars like it did at first. Not sure if this is user error or battery life.”
