- **Chest:** Medium is listed as 38-40 inches. When I measured the vest, it was actually 46 inches.
- **Waist:** Medium is listed as 32-35 inches. My measurement showed 46 inches.
When I reached out to Customer Service, they informed me that all open-box products are final sale. However, given that the vest I received was far from the stated measurements, it was essentially unusable for me.
After some discussion, Customer Service agreed to a one-time swap for a size Small. However, I had to cover both the return and reshipment fees, which left me $20 out of pocket for a sizing issue that wasn’t my fault.
Now, I’m waiting to see if the Small vest fits as expected and if I can finally use the product as intended. For now, I’m left with mixed feelings about the process.”
