“The vest was for my dad's birthday and it's awesome. Highly recommend and he loves it. I'm only slightly angry with the fact that they did not send him a wall charge adaptor. Granted, we all have them and it isn't "necessary" but I ordered a vest for myself as well - and it came with it - in the same box. When I called to have this rectified - they said, "because of the environment...blah blah". Well, the environment didn't matter when they sent me one - it just feels like they made a mistake they wouldn't cop to. They offered me a $10 gift card - but I'd have to pay $5 to ship it. They should have just shipped it to him- no questions asked. It's not the $$, it's the irritating customer service, the lack of having something covered that I paid for (they said they are phasing it out - but their instructions still have it a part of the purchase) , and the drivel on the environment when they made a mistake.
Hands down, great product. Hands down, bad service.”
