“I needed to exchange an unwanted Christmas present. Customer Service walked me through the process. Women’s small for a men’s large. Great job CS Team. The vest heats up really fast in the back and neck. Neck heater like a toaster. You need a layer between the vest and your skin or you’ll feel like you’re burning. Back heats up nice. Handwarmer pockets just so so. But all in all, over a hooded sweatshirt and with gloves, it handled very cold NYC recently very well.”
“Unlike the women’s coats being too large, my beau bought himself his usual 2x vest, and it was too small. Final sale; could not be returned or exchanged. Surely 3x would fit since he’s normally 2x. I bought him an 3x to surprise him. Again…too tight. Now we are stuck with 2 that can’t be worn.
I took them to my dad’s house to give him one. Both were too tight on him as well. So these are made very small compared to 2x 3x in other companies.”
