“I just received my heated vest and fully charged it and it worked great. It kept me very warm while I was outdoors for many hours. Ever since the first charge, the battery no longer charges up. I have tried numerous outlets, plugs, and cords but the battery wont charge above 1 bar. I reached out to the support email but they work at night which makes it very inconvenient to have a productive conversation. I bought this vest for the purpose of keeping me warm on a big ski trip, but I will not be able to take it with me because it doesnt work as intended. With a working battery, the vest would be great.”
