“I was impressed with this product before I even opened it all the way. Comes packaged nicely in a canvas carry bag, with battery and charger in their own boxes. Instructions were clear, even came with some stickers. The vest itself is of quality material. I had recently purchased an off brand heated vest, and it was junk compared to this one so I sent the off brand vest back. Heat is evenly distributed and you can really feel it on high. “Sizing runs small so don’t buy your typical size, definitely go up one size. Comfortable heating. The wire to the “on-off button gets twisted so it can be annoying. Still using first battery charge and long life at medium and low settings. A very good buy.”
