“The neck warmer is felt at any heat setting, and if you don’t need heat for long periods of time (like a work day) then it’s a good vest. Makes a decent smokers vest, if you smoke cigarettes in the winter time. Just not overly impressed with the overall warmth it gives when you need to wear it for 6-8 hours.”
