“I was impressed with this product before I even opened it all the way. Comes packaged nicely in a canvas carry bag, with battery and charger in their own boxes. Instructions were clear, even came with some stickers. The vest itself is of quality material. I had recently purchased an off brand heated vest, and it was junk compared to this one so I sent the off brand vest back. Heat is evenly distributed and you can really feel it on high. “Received my vest just before the temps dropped to single digits and negative wind chills. Wore it under my winter jacket and it made all the difference. “I received the heated vest as a gift from a pretty amazing woman! I work outside year round in Pittsburgh. Today is the first I've been able to use it. 30° with a light snow/rain mix. On low it allows me to use one less layer and takes the chill out nicely. Playing with the temp settings I found medium to be a bit warm for today but it should be about perfect for January and February. The one possible criticism I have right now is that it runs a tad small. I'm 5'7" and 160lb. The medium is slightly snug. It fits well with a light thermal layer and a typical golf shirt but it is a little too constricting with anything heavier. I would suggest ordering a size larger if you are typically in the upper end of your size, if you are between sizes, or if you plan to wear thicker or more layers under it.”
