“I order a vest, it was delivered very fast! I plugged the batteries in and after they were fully charge I put the battery in the vest and the vest would not turn on. Email the customer service and with 2 hours they emailed me back they told me to take a video of me installing the battery in to the vest to determine what was not working! They replaced the vest in a very timely manner! Thank you customer service!!!”
