“The complaint I have is this. A clear indication that the vest battery needed a fast charger was lacking. Based on our previous experience with another vest recently purchased, the chargers we did have worked. This created much frustration and it took three back and forths with customer service via email to get the proper answer. Also, it meant that we had to purchase a new fast charger, an extra expense. Otherwise the vest works very well.”

“I’ve really enjoyed the ORORO SureWarm Men’s 7‑Zone Dual Control Classic Pro Heated Vest. The heat distribution is excellent, and it kept me warm even in colder conditions without needing to layer heavily. The dual‑control setup is super convenient, and the vest feels well‑made and comfortable to wear for long periods.
My only wish is that it included a heating zone in the lower back. That would make it absolutely perfect. Even without that, it’s still a fantastic vest and one I’m very happy with.”

“The vest is absolutely wonderful. The only problem I had was the size. I have a 38" chest and 32" waist and ordered the Medium. It was way too large. The neck size was so large, the heat wasn't able to be felt. There was too much airspace through the body. Exchanging for a Small size was easy, and the small is perfect for me. The battery charges quickly and I couldn't be happier. Just be sure to consider getting a size smaller than your measurements might indicate. All in all, this is a purchase well worth the money.”
“The heater, especially on the back is much better than the Ororo jacket because there are two heating zones on the back. All in all I am satisfied. I have only one complaint and that is that the medium size (my usual size) is a bit too roomy around the waist. The fit of the jacket was more snug than this vest. A snugger fit helps transmit the heat better. I'm choosing to wear the vest under a tighter fitting jacket to get it to press more against my body to feel the heat. This is likely the best on the market, just don't expect a close fit.”
