“I own three heated articles of clothing from ororo and they preform great but I figured when I purchased the heated vest it would be similar sizing to the jacket I own. The medium was much smaller in the vest design. When I wanted to exchange the vest for a different size they told
Me because it was a “sale” item I couldn’t exchange it for a larger size. I would have paid the full price if I had known that I wasn’t able to exchange. Least to say if I purchase another heated article of clothing I will closely consider the Bosch and Milwaukee products first.”

“I orederedthe size appropriate for my spouses body measurements but there is no ease in this particular vest. The fleece fabric does have some stretch but the arm cycle is very tight. I would recommend ordering a size up although I'm not sure if that would resolve the tight armhole. Because I purchased the vest on sale returns are not possible. I'll be altering this to make the fit comfortable.”
