“Sizing is not correct. Medium is tight, not a true Medium. I own another Ororo coat and that Medium sizing is good, but this vest is tight, not a true Medium. It also does not have a phone pocket, which would be less of an issue if it were not so tight. I would return this if it had not been purchased as a Final Sale.”

Collar is weird and annoying. Battery pocket is in a bad place and difficult to get to also battery is huge. Button LED should be able to turn off, it's annoying that it always is on.
Battery life is good, charging time is long.
Fabric is nice.”

“Heat from the vest does a good job keeping upper body warm in cold temps. However, it is not made clear on the website that the charger/plug does NOT come with the item and must be purchased separately. General household USB charger plugs do not work as they cannot supply the neccessary power to charge the battery, so make sure you get one in your cart before checking out. Otherwise, you'll be express ordering one from Amazon like I had to so that it would arrive before heading out of town for a ski trip.”
“Gave this vest as a Christmas gift and it has not worked since taking it out of package. I sure am embarrassed giving a broken gift. Will be calling Orooro first thing to complain. This is a lot of time and effort dealing with this.”

“Wonderful addition for a very cold climate. Snow coming in tonight and will definitely use my new heated vest to keep me warm while I use the snow blower. My only regret was not knowing about this sooner. Definitely worth every penny!”
