“A friend has a heated coat from Ororo, and loves it! I ordered the fleece vest before in December before traveling to Europe in January. The vest came in fast and was a great layering piece to have. It packed away great in my luggage when I wasn't wearing it.”

“The vast is made of a nice quality fleece, the zipper is of average quality.
The pouch for the battery is on the inside left kidney area, a second inside pocket on the right side wouod be nice for a back up battery”
“I purchased this heated vest as a Christmas gift for my husband. It didn’t work. He never wore it because it was defective, cheap materials or maybe the item had refunded item. When I reached out to customer service for Help, I was given two links that I could reference for their nonrefundable item policy. I would never recommend this product to anyone.”

“It's highway robbery that you do not allow returns with price I paid for this item. My mistake not reading thoroughly the return policy, but in all my life I would never order a $100+ Christmas gift that could not be returned. Final sale to me means "sale price coming to an end for the Holiday. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to be weary of ordering from you because of this unethical treatment. “My husband loved his vest! It is a quality, normal weight material. I was a bit worried before purchasing because we bought a heating vest from a different brand a few years ago and it felt and looked weird, like a space blanket or something similar to that. This vest could be mistaken for a Columbia or a RL Chaps vest. It warms nicely and I would say fit is on the small size. We sized up one size and it fits beautifully. Great purchase, especially on sale!!”
