“the vest is OK. I don't recommend this company to anyone their return policy is not fair and they are not good with the information on their website. BE ON ALERT!
We decided to buy one of this vest for my uncle - i accidentaly bought the wrong size and didn't realize it was a final sale.ALSO I AM NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND I AM ASKING FOR AN EXCHANGE -
I really didn't see it was a final sale, it was not clear even if I had seen it I wouldn't think that they would not accept a return. FOR ONE TIME EXCEPTIOM (have you heard that) so for one time exception they gave me 3 options:
1. to keep the vest (this is not an option - I bought the wrong size and we don't have a big family)
2. return but loose 20% restocking and pay shipping
3. exchange and pay shipping and loose $10 for an exchange.
Really! do you need to ask customer to pay for a fee to get an exchange - Stinks!”

Final sale items, including open-box and clearance products, are not eligible for return or exchange, and this policy is noted on the product page at the time of purchase. However, brand new, unworn items with tags do qualify for returns or exchanges, and our holiday return window is currently extended until January 15th, 2026, for Toasty Club Members.
