“I ordered a heated(black) fleece vest and returned because it was hip length but when received it was way to long for me, spoke with customer service and asked about the navy, the description said it was waist length, the lady said it should be as depicted so I ordered the navy fleece vest, it is the exact same length as the black vest but each has a different description on the web site, it took about 2-3 weeks of going back and forth we absolutely no accurate information at all, so instead of sending the navy back I just kept it, wasted I’ve a 100.00 probably will just give it away to some charity one day because of the length, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!”
“I got this for my dad as a Christmas present. He is always cold and loves his heated gloves. This is his new favorite thing and he tells everyone he sees about it. The vest is good looking on its own (my brother said he looked like the ceo of a Silicon Valley tech company while wearing it) and works perfectly under a jacket for extra warmth. It’s easy to change the heat settings. We are very happy!!”
