“My review so far would be that the shipping was timely and packaging was great. The sizes run very large so my large is far too big for me (I’m 6’1” and 190lbs)
The returns/exchange process sucks. You have to wait for an approved return then a packing slip, then you need to print it out and then tape it to the packaging then ship. Wait until they get the shipment, then they’ll send out a new one? So basically as customers in order to get good customer service and a tolerable return/exchange experience: do not do any exchange at all! Simply do a return. And a new order of the correct item, this way you don’t need to wait weeks to get the item you want.
Ororo needs to do better with this. There should be approved places to make drop offs (like Amazon does) which would save the customer the process of printing a label (who even has a printer anymore?) then waiting weeks for the product. I may not even want this product anymore weeks from now. It’s just a really stupid and archaic way to conduct returns and exchanges. There’s no justification for it either, keep trying.”

“Has been my go to since it started getting colder. Definitely makes 30F and below much more tolerable.
Only knocks are the fit - I typically wear a L and this is overly boxy (length is ok though). Also, I’ve not worn it for any type of rugged activity nor have I washed it yet and it’s some of the white insulation is starting to pull through the outer layer.
All that said, I would still recommend and will likely consider buying again as the heat feature is more than worth it. Hopefully the design and construction improves.”

“I like everything about the product except for the amount of heat it provides. I expected more. I’ve been wearing it in 40 degree weather under a jacket and I just don’t feel the heat. Plus, the battery seems to die pretty fast.
I will give it a couple more weeks just in case it’s user error”

“Love this and is my 3rd vest. Bought black as an alternate to the blue for outerwear. Love the 5 area heat: neck and back; LOVE the pocket heat. Battery life good and washes well.
Don’t like the white logo. And would prefer more subdued light on power button.

“t's a little early on to say how this vest is going to work out. A lot will depend on battery life. While I'm not feeling a good deal of heat on the back, the neck part warms up nicely and does a good job. This was a gift so don't know the cost and can't compare on cost vs. quality or dependability. Again, we'll see how it holds up in the months to come.”
