“It’s a well made vest with heating elements where they are needed the most. A light mist doesn’t soak into the material, but have a raincoat available for anything more. It’s lightweight which makes it perfect for layering when the day starts off cold, but ends much warmer. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.”
