“i was looking for a way to reduce bulk with my current hunting ensemble - this is the thinnest heated vest they make. i got xl so i could later skin them a flannel then the vest then a lighter-weight hunting coat. when its 32 all day i will still opt for the massive coat that never lets in the cold - but its huge and sometimes overly warm! we will see how it goes. so far, the testing i’ve done with the vest has been good enough to keep it. we’ll see how long the battery lasts - they say 4 hours which is shy of a stand sit but not by much. my routine is 4 hours on then 2 hour lunch then back out 4 more. so - if it charges all up over lunch. i should be good. again, we’ll see!!”

“after trying the XXL (too wide) and the XL I was satisfied w. the XL. I'm surprised at how short the vest is - an additional 1-2" would help. Even a T-Shirt shows at the waist.
The Mini-Battery only holds 4hrs MAX at High. So not very happy w. the battery and I don't see Ororo offering a larger battery.”
