“The first vest I received was a little to large for me. I went by the size chart on the website. They were great about sending out the next size down. After receiving the vest I charged the battery and tried the vest. The heat was very low. I contacted customer service and the customer service representative Vinnie helped me out and replaced this vest. The vest was send out very quickly. After receiving the vest I went through the same steps changed the battery to full, tested the heating of the vest and this time the heat was very good. Took about 7 minutes to get to full high heat. Went outside with temp about 15 degrees and the vest worked excellent. Kept my core warm. Great feeling.
