“The price of the heated cushion is higher than it should be for what you get. If you already own extra batteries, it may be worth considering—especially for someone who plans to use it frequently. I do have an extra battery myself, but I would strongly prefer a built-in battery option at a lower price point. That would make this product far more appealing and practical for everyday use.”

“When I ordered, I didn’t realize that the cushion didn’t come with a battery however, I had also bought a heated jacket and luckily it had one with that. I used the battery with the cushion and it worked lovely however I’m going to have to buy another battery that I wasn’t aware at the time.”
“When you buy the cheaper version of the seat please remember there is nowhere to store the battery, it's either attached to the cable.on your lap or shoved inside the cushion case. Design flaw perhaps but common sense shod of prevailed here. I'm sure there are more expensive heated seat cushions where the battery has a place to go. Buyer beware on this one. It does do the.ob and serves it purpose well.”
“It was a little disappointing that there’s no where to put your battery! It just dangles there unless you have a pocket or support of some sort. Definitely would not purchase another one. That and there customer service from another purchase kind of turned me off.”
