“We had issues with inital battery charging, customer support was OUTSTANDING in helping sort that issue out.

We did not find this to be the case. Preheated for 5 minutes then out into 10°F weather for barn chores. No heat in the fingers and teh gloves are thin enough that my wifes hands got cold.
The battery pack is on the inside of the cuff and makes contact with the wrist right where the tendons are least protected. When the wrist is flexed, the battery digs into the underside of your wrist. If you have to grab anything such as a shovel, a rake or wheel barow handle the battery stabs right into the wrist tendon.
The gloves are thin enough that they are definately not useable as COLD weather gloves without the battery.
They do seem well made and might work well for application where your wrist does not flex much.”
