Thank you for your feedback. Regarding the issue of the fingertips not getting warm, the heating wires on this glove are mainly distributed along the edge of five fingers and the dorsal surface of the palm; there are no heating elements on the fingertips themselves.
As for battery life, our test data shows approximately 8.5 hours on the low setting, 4 hours on the medium setting, and 3 hours on the high setting. If you wish to extend battery life, we recommend using the low setting first and remember to turn off the power when not in use.
