“I was hoping for more out of these open box heated mittens. I charged the batteries over night and the next day used these mittens. When I plugged the batteries into the mitts they automatically dropped in charge approximately halfway. I wasn’t very disappointed in this as I had charged them overnight expecting them to be at full charge and last the time stated for heating and length of use. Well, they barely lasted my 2 hour ice fishing outing. So, I’m not sold on the open box as the batteries may not be any good in these mitts and they were still very expensive. I have Raynauds and I was hoping these gloves would help keep my hands warm while ice fishing. Also, you have to put the mitts on and then pull your jacket sleeves on over the mitts because the sleeves are not wide enough to slip over the mitt cuff due to the battery pack being so large creating too much bulk and thickness for the sleeve cuff to be pulled over. I was hoping for a longer lasting charge and an easier fit for a pull on and off mitten. The mitts fit my small hand and fingers nicely it’s just the charge of the batteries and the inconvenience of trying to get your sleeve up over them each time you pull the mitts on and off.”

“I bought these as a cheaper option while my other heated mittens were waiting on a warranty claim. I didn't realize that there was separate fingers inside these mittens, that's on my for not noticing that in the description, however, it makes my hands colder and it's too hard to wear any liner gloves under the mittens. I don't understand putting fingers in a mitten, I still can't use them like a glove and it just makes my hands colder. The mittens are not warm enough either, I'm out on the ski hill working all day, and with 2 sets of batteries and the mittens set on high all day, my hands are still cold, they're just not warm enough for the cold days. Since there's gloves inside the mittens I can't throw in a hand warmer, or even ball my hands in the palm of the mitten. These are way too expensive, even discounted, to still have cold hands. I had them for a week and got tired of being cold still and gave up and just went back to regular mittens and hand warmers. These were a miss for me.”
