“sizing runs small, on high heat they don't seem like they're going to keep my hands warm in cold weather, seems like it wouldn't have been a big deal for you to include a charge in with the gloves. Fortunately, I have on of your heated vests and I'm using the charger from that for the gloves as well. How much can a charger cost you that you couldn't have included it in the 'open box' version of the product?”
Hi Carl, we truly appreciate your feedback and completely understand your frustration. The charger isn’t included as part of our effort to reduce environmental impact and electronic waste. The battery can be charged with any USB-A port charger you already have at home.
