“These are cozy mittens. I'm happy I purchased them. I wish there had been an expedited shipping option. I would have paid for faster shipping. As is, the standard shipping I paid for took FOREVER. Weeks. So that was frustrating. Also, one mitten was stuck ON and wouldn't turn off the second time I wore them. I had read on someone else's review of the same problem. It is resolved by taking the battery out and putting it back in. Overall, I am liking this company and will explore other pieces -- the vest next perhaps. Pricey but definitely cozy!”
