“These gloves fit great and heat well. However, they are heavy and bulky for liners. I totally understand they need a battery to work, but I guess I thought the battery would be smaller and lighter. They are great for hiking, walking the dog or hanging out in the cold at an event. If you need to take them off and on to do things, the bulkiness and length do get in the way.”
“GLOVE LINERS ARE NOT WARM DESPITE BEING SET ON HIGH AND COVERED WITH A MITTEN. WEATHER WAS 25 F WITH NO WIND. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I HAD DONE EXTENSIVE RESEARCH BEFORE PURCHASING. HOW DO I RETURN AFTER ONE WEEK'S USE? I'M BACK TO CHEMICAL HAND WARMER PACKETS.”

“I purchased these heated gloves because I have sever Ryanoids and I am traveling to Alaska tomorrow 10/6/24. Due to the very good reviews on these gloves, I never dreamed mine would not work. I charged the batteries last evening and tried them for the first time. This was a few days after receiving them. I tried them again this morning on high. The fingers barely warm or don't warm at all on high. It is criminal that these gloves were sold at all. I don't know what customer service will say because they are not open on weekends. Open box was a very expensive mistake, Buyer Beware.”

“I purchased these for a December trip to Norway, so I haven’t had an opportunity to use them “in the wild” yet. But what I can say is that they are super comfortable, fit perfectly, and warmed up nicely. I can’t speak to length of battery charge yet. The touchscreen is a little hit and miss… o wouldn’t rely on it to work consistently outside when I’m cold. But that isn't why I purchased the gloves, so if it does work- bonus!”
“I got these as a gift for my perpetually cold hands. I was able to use them camping this weekend - but I found having the batteries sitting right against the bottom of my wrist pretty uncomfortable. I also found it difficult to get my sleeves over the gloves with all my layers on. It was my first use of them, hopefully it gets better as I get used to the design.”

“I have a four star as I haven’t had a chance to properly try them out. I purchased because of having raynaulds. With an initial try on and getting them heated they seem to be what I am looking for. I like that they are not a bulky glove like most that I have looked at and if I would need a little extra warmth I can add a glove over them. Mostly will be used when walking my dog and will be much easier for handling a leash.”
