“I am a male and used the size guide on the web site. My wife measured my hand carefully and I was in the "Medium" range. So I ordered a pair of mediums only to find they were way too small. I could only get them half way on my hand. I have contacted customer support twice to try to arrange for an exchange for a large pair. But have yet to hear back from them (almost 2 weeks now). Since this is the holiday season, I will give them a little grace and a little patience. But I really hope I hear from them soon as the winter is fast passing us by. As for the gloves. They do look nice and well made. But don't be deceived by the "liner" description. These are still pretty thick gloves. I bought these to wear while riding my bike in the winter and for watching outdoor winter sporting events. I would not want anything thicker. 4 stars instead of 5 because I do feel 2 weeks of waiting to hear back from customer support, and still waiting, is not ideal. Even an automated response that says, "Thank you for reaching out to customer support. We received your email and will respond as soon as possible" would have been really nice.”

“I didn't want a big, bulky hearted glove. So this liner glove comes closest to what I was looking for and the construction is commendable. I have one gripe. Almodt every modern piece of battery technology today uses USB C connectors. I was surprised that these "new" model gloves still use antiquated micro USB connectors. Having to put my reading glasses on to make sure I insert the connectors in the correct orientation is a hassle. How do you even sell these gloves in the EU? Or are USB C connectors only mandatory for smartphones in the EU?”

“I've been using the liner version of these gloves about a year now. I produce a lot of video and still content with my cell phone, as well a lot of instagram lives outdoors down to -40 on the ranch. Before these gloves I used to have to take my hand protection off to work the phone. Never a good thing to do in subzero temps. But now since I was gifted these gloves by a friend, I can produce uninhibited while keeping my hands warm. Being I have the liners only, they are good to a bit below freezing on their own, but work even better in colder temps under outer layer gloves. These liners are a game changer and I love them so much i'm happy to help spread the word. They are cell phone touch sensitive, and a true functional gift for warm and protected hands.”
