“Purchased these inserts as a gift. Had to exchange the first pair because they were too small. During the exchange process, I was informed the color and size I selected were not available, and out of stock for the foreseeable future. Chose a different color and a day later was informed the brown XL was back in stock and I would receive them soon.
As expected from Ororo, the quality of the inserts is great. Unfortunately one of the batteries is not working properly so he is only able to fully utilize one glove at this time.
The battery in question took longer to charge then lost charge quickly, and will not work on either glove, even when fully charged. The good battery charges quickly, holds charge and works in both inserts, hence identifying the root cause as the defective battery. I intend to request a replacement battery.
