“The mittens work well and help my mom with her cold fingers. It's nice to have flip-top so she can get keys and other things when needed but still be warm. Issues to start with customer service but when finally got attention, they were extremely helpful and dealt with the issue well. Much appreciated. Customer service has room for improvement. Product is excellent.”
