“The Mittens are well made and very comfortable and warm. However er, the one battery will not charge to 100 %. I am waiting on a replacement battery. I already sent a picture of the defective battery showing the s/n. Please ship a replacement battery as soon as as possible.”

“Too small. Used recommended size on chart which was a L. Too cramped and tight. Going to try the 2X and how the fit works. XL size is out of stock so may have to wait till stock is replenished. Will see. I would have liked them more if they fit. Looked nice.”

“I work in a receiving for a grocery store in Minnesota. Dock doors open frequently. Wind chills anywhere from -5 to -20. Gloves are a life savior! I need to input computer work so the flips work great! Between the heated vest and gloves I am know as the button lady (: Thank you!”
