“Wife tried on a pair of smalls a friend owns. We measured her hands per online instructions. Purchased medium ones. Too small. I guess they were on a special and I missed they couldn’t be returned. Wish I ordered on Amazon vs Ororo direct. Thought I was saving the company Amazon tax. Oh well my mistake. Also the battery cord is different than the same model battery ordered at the same time. “The gloves seem to be nice quality, and they do heat up, but the wrist sizing is off. My husband and I measured together, and his size per the size chart were a M. He can barely get his hand in the gloves because the wrist opening is so small with no room to expand the opening. I tried wearing them, and had the same issue getting my hand through the wrist opening, as well as the fingers being way too long for my hands. So, I don't know how anyone could wear these comfortably.”
