Anchorage Unisex Heated Insulated Gloves (Final Sale) Burgundy / M Reviews

3.5 Rating 2 Reviews
I first checked the reviews. Noticed most mentioned sizing problems. No kidding !!! I took the suggestion of ordering the next size larger, if using their sizing chart. Nix that ! Go two sizes larger. The wrist area is WAY too tight. Trying to get the first glove on is difficult. Getting the next one on is virtually impossible with the already gloved hand. They need to relax the wrist area, and allow the currently useless strap to cinch up that point. They also need to make the operating button a recessed button, not a protruding button that can be inadvertently pushed. (I suspect a college educated engineer was involved with the design, they are idiots.) Other than that, the gloves are warm and keep my hands from getting too cold. (I live in the interior of Alaska. Try walking a dog at -53°F !) Hopefully they will redesign this item, keeping in mind the stated deficiencies in the reviews by most of the buyers.

Overall these gloves are nice. Drawbacks are they’re ridiculously hard to pull on and tighter than need be around the wrists, and I have tiny wrists. The other thing I will never understand is why you’d want touchscreen compatible finger tips on heated gloves. Those finger tips conduct the cold just as well as the heat.

Hi Jessica, thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear you find the gloves nice overall. We also appreciate you pointing out the difficulty pulling them on and the tighter wrist fit—comfort and ease of use are important, and your comments have been shared with our team. Regarding the touchscreen fingertips, they’re designed to offer convenience without removing the gloves, but we understand that preferences vary, especially in very cold conditions. Your feedback has been noted as we continue refining our designs. Thanks for choosing ororo.
