“First time I wore them it was 2 degrees. Using the medium setting my hands stayed warm. These are quality leather gloves. They are true to size. They fit like a glove. No pun intended. I would buy these again.”
“One glove has already stopped working after very light usage (won’t power on despite fully charged batteries and other troubleshooting steps taken). Fitment is poor. I measured using the guide posted on their website. The hands are fine and fit well. The cuffs are very tight and even worse when you stick the batteries in. I don’t have giant wrists/forearms either, btw. Currently working with customer support, but off to a poor start. They’re asking me to repeat steps I already told them I’ve taken. We’ll see…”

“Bottom part of glove is narrow so needs to be placed under cuff of jacket, this makes it difficult to use the on/ off / temp adjustment.
Followed the measurements in the size chart but gloves are very difficult to get on.”
