“I had previously purchased the quilted vest which I was not as happy with due to the battery location rubbing up against my hip. Ororo has had excellent customer service - reached out to me and offered me alternatives and replaced it with the hoodie free of charge. I am much happier with the hoodie. The battery is not as bothersome because of the bigger size of the hoodie, it’s very soft and comfortable. The larger fit is not a problem as i like oversized hoodies.

“I’ve been using this now for a week, working outside for the railroad in the Chicago winter. This thing has been amazing! I’m able to wear less layers while working and I’m still warmer than I was before. Even if this only last me one season, it is worth it. That being said, the build quality of this makes me think that’ll last several years.”
