“it takes a long time to charge the battery but it works great and kept my wife warm during our camping trip to the desert where we go off-roading.”

Thanks for the review, Jim. The battery is not fully charged when you receive it. To get the best performance, we suggest you charge the battery for around 6 hours or overnight to ensure it has enough juice to keep you warm.
