“I didn't receive the hoodie. They sent me the entirely wrong product, a women's white and black jacket. They didn't apologize or try to make amends at all. Just told me to return the product and they would send another size. Did they even read the part where they did not send me what I ordered? I am so disappointed. I was really looking forward to helping my husband not be so cold all the time. The issue is still not resolved. I shouldn't have to struggle for someone else's error.”
