“I bought this hoodie for next winter because it was on sale. It arrived and I attempted to charge the battery with an ororo charger. 36 hours later, the battery was still showing 1 bar. The process to get it returned is ridiculous and involves more of your time than what its worth. I have bouth over a $1000 worth of this companies products in the last 2 years amd will never buy from them again. Poor customer service for sure”

“Wow, I just can't say enough about the Wayne full zip hoodie. This hoodie exceeded my expectations. Very well made. Fit me perfect. I am 6'2" 228lb and ordered an XL following their sizing schedule. In Colorado the weather can change in a minute and this hoodie has 3 heat settings with 5 zones and 2 button selection for heating different areas of the hoodie. It is heavy enough to wear for cool days with no heat or heat it up for those cold weather days. If the temp gets down in the 30s or colder I will put on my heavy wind breaker or heavy winter jacket over the hoodie for added warmth to hold more heat inside. I would recommend purchasing their upgraded 7800AH battery or an after market 10,000 AH for longer run time.”
