+Very good quality of the materials used
+Friendly and responsive customer support
-Insufficient battery life, 30-40 minutes on maximum heat, 50-60 minutes on medium heat
-Front heating zone on the stomach does not heat up properly, sometimes not at all
-Upper heating zone switches from maximum heat to low on its own
-Return options are limited and risky in terms of loss
All in all, I would not recommend this jacket.”
