“This is my second heated scarf by Ororo. I loved my first, purchased in 2021. However, the battery for the first one died and they no longer make that battery to replace it. Therefore, I had to purchase a new scarf (rather than simply replacing the battery). This new scarf is not nearly as warm as the original. I used to wear the original around my house as a soothing neck warmer; this one is not noticeably warm. I'm not sure what's happening with the Ororo products; this is my second purchase recently that is not as warm as the originals of the same items.”
