“I purchased the scarfs for my employees to wear at the hotel with their uniform vest. Just warm enough to keep the chill away when the door is open etc. The scarf is only about 3 inches wide and two toned grey on each side. The battery pack is a little heavy but the design and intent good.”
“This is my second heated scarf by Ororo. I loved my first, purchased in 2021. However, the battery for the first one died and they no longer make that battery to replace it. Therefore, I had to purchase a new scarf (rather than simply replacing the battery). This new scarf is not nearly as warm as the original. I used to wear the original around my house as a soothing neck warmer; this one is not noticeably warm. I'm not sure what's happening with the Ororo products; this is my second purchase recently that is not as warm as the originals of the same items.”
