“It's a nice way to warm the neck. I gave it 4 stars because it would be nice if there was a way to secure it better than just the slit. The end of the scarf with the battery tends to gravitate and the other end wants to slip away. Be careful with open box purchases because if the company sends the wrong thing, they will stick you with it because of the no return/exchange policy even when it's their error (see previous review).”
