“This item shipped separately which I did not realize as it was part of a gift to my in-laws, to whom we were traveling to see. I emailed customer service, assuming I was no going to be able to fix my problem. I was VERY wrong. Customer service not only agreed to change the address of this items 'ship to', but Thera, the customer service rep continued to follow up until the item was delivered !! My mother-in-law has NEVER raved as much about a gift. She absolutely loves it! Thank you!!!”
