I haven't received them as of today 2/26/25. The payment however, has alreay been taken out of my account. Are they coming. ??????????

I’m working outside and I turned them on and I really did not feel the warmth on my feet. Paying $150 for a pair of heat socks you would think they would keep your toes toasty. It was 15° outside.

I ordered socks that the website said were size Med for 9-11.5 American. When they arrived they said Me but were for size 6-8.5. They do not fit. On top of that, because of their policy that I did not see(because you have to click a drop down for it) I was unaware that the socks were an iotem that was non returnable. I submitted a request for them to take them back via a google form link on their website but have yet to hear anything back about in over the past week. This was not a purchase error, this was an error on their end with the sizing chart on the website or their shipping dept. Somehow though, I am stuck eating the $129 dollars for their mistake. My Wife loves her vest that I bought her, but the jacket I bought was too short, so I had to send that back. When my refund for the jacket hit my account I was going to buy a second vest for myself as well as look for a different style jacket, however, having to eat $129 mistake that wasn't my fault makes me feel like contacting my Credit card company to do a chargeback for fraud. Because thats what this actually is.

The socks don't fit as advertised and there is a heater to wire strip spot that rubs on the little toe in ski boots. The socks are not usable and are not returnable so I just wasted $150! I reached out to customer support and basically got a you are stuck with them response. They would answer questions to determine if there is a product issue.

Very disappointed and unable to wear or return them. They are way to bi even tho Inbought a size down than recommended. The heating element is bulky and on the side of the sock.
