“I received this jacket as a Christmas gift last year and have absolutely loved it. As other reviewers have stated, it is a bit bulky, but I would expect that from any heated jacket I would imagine. It is water resistant as well, which is nice. I have found that over the past year of wear it has definitely softened up a bit, not nearly as stiff as when I first got it. When I first started wearing it I removed the hood to make it sit more normal on me which worked well until it was more broken in. Now I wear it even on more mild days just removing the heated pad. I would say sizes run a bit large, a size small on me fits a bit oversized but still comfortable and able to feel the heat. I am 5’5” & 135bs for reference. I would highly recommend this jacket to anyone who is often cold”
