“I love the quality and weight of this jacket. I already own an Ororo heated vest and wanted something long sleeved and heavier. When I received my jacket, I realized the charger was missing. I emailed Ororo after 8 pm and received a response almost immediately. I explained the situation. The next more I received an email stating my charger had shipped.
