“I bought the jacket on final sale, so I can't return it. When it arrived, the plastic packaging was ripped, and while the jacket was expertly folded, smelled strongly of perfume. the box the battery comes in was also ripped and the cable was loose. I strongly suspect I was sold a returned jacket that i can't wear because of the smell. I have tried airing it out and washing it, but it still smells too much for my allergies to allow me to wear it.”
