“Hi. I bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter who goes to school in PA. It gets mighty cold and I know she'll appreciate it. The 4 stars is due to packaging. The thin bag it came in was shredded in shipping ( not your fault) but paying $150 and having the chance of it getting ruined in shipping is not favorable..please rethink your packaging”
“I love this jacket! I don’t have to wear as many layers to stay warm. And there is a couple different heat options to save on the battery. I had the jacket warming for a total of 8 hours today and it still had half the battery left.”
