“I absolutely LOVE my jacket. I am a tiny woman and ALWAYS cold. This jacket keeps me warm & comfortable. It is very easy to use, it has various heat levels, it is nice looking, it is very nice quality and even comes packaged beautifully in its own zippered box. The customer service I have received thus far has been awesome with easy access via email and next day response time. They have a reward point system for discounts on future purchases as well. Because of my recommendation my best friend just purchased one for brother in law yesterday who is often cold due to health issues. I am soon ordering a fleece jacket to wear inside as I am cold inside as well. “Jacket is warm but thin. I will use this jacket until it hits about 20 degrees. I use it for walking the dog and it does a decent job. Battery life is pretty good so far and charge time is good as well. Form fitted nicely and soft material. I only wish it was a little thicker to keep the WI winters at bay.”
