“Upon charging the battery for two days I plugged it into the jacket and turned in the jacket appropriately. I waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes and finally 35 minutes and not once single ounce of heat produced. I am extremely disappointed in this product and would not recommend.”

“This is a good quality jacket! The charge seems to last a long time, and I like that the hood detaches. Love that you can adjust the heating level with the push of a button as you move indoors, outdoors, etc. The overall fit was good, but the sleeves are a bit long for me. However, there is a fleece lining inside the cuffs and it was easy to hand sew some elastic through the fleece cuff so that the sleeves stay more secure at my wrists rather than halfway down my hands. Easy fix and I've been wearing it a lot, even inside the house because I'm always cold. :)”
