“This is the third Ororo coat I've purchased. I especially love the more feminine look of this one with the purple side panels. I purchased my first heated coat 10 years ago and the second one 6 years ago. They are such great quality, and for someone who is ALWAYS cold, they have warmed me well! My only complaint is that my zippers wear out, however, after years of use and many zips and unzip, I guess wear and tear happens. I love my coat- again- and look forward to many years of use. I absolutely recommend it! It'll change your life!”

“This was a christmas gift for my mom. I bought a medium thinking if she needed a bigger one I could exchange. Absolutely no where during the check out process was it explained that "Final Sale" meant no returns allowed. VERY MISLEADING! Now I am stuck with a Christmas gift for my mom that she can't wear. Absolutely will never purchase something from you again, such a shady practice and offering no returns during the Christmas season is just outrageous. Oh ya and the jacket didn't even come with a charger. Worst experience ever, so disappointed in your company. Will tell others to avoid unless you make this right.”

Regarding the charger, our heated apparel does not include a wall charging plug by design. This is part of our effort to reduce unnecessary electronic waste. The required cable is included, and a compatible plug can be used.
