“This was a christmas gift for my mom. I bought a medium thinking if she needed a bigger one I could exchange. Absolutely no where during the check out process was it explained that "Final Sale" meant no returns allowed. VERY MISLEADING! Now I am stuck with a Christmas gift for my mom that she can't wear. Absolutely will never purchase something from you again, such a shady practice and offering no returns during the Christmas season is just outrageous. Oh ya and the jacket didn't even come with a charger. Worst experience ever, so disappointed in your company. Will tell others to avoid unless you make this right.”

Regarding the charger, our heated apparel does not include a wall charging plug by design. This is part of our effort to reduce unnecessary electronic waste. The required cable is included, and a compatible plug can be used.
