“Unfortunately the size of the jacket runs small. Not happy about this because your company will not let me return it. It says its not eligible for return. I just wanted to get a men's jacket instead. I spent a lot of money between the jacket and the battery packs. All the tags are still on it. I think I would have really enjoyed the jacket. Really was looking forward to wearing it.”
