“Well made, warm in all the right areas. Material is sturdy but not too stiff and the warm pockets are the bomb. However, I am 5'1" and the fit is not good. I can get the sleeves altered, but the length from the shoulder to neck is too long so the collar is up around my ears and the hood, when up, starts under my nose and clears the top of my head about 3 or 4 inches. I have taken the hood off and am going to pin the collar down in hopes it softens with wear because I really like the jacket.”

“I love this jacket, especially the heated collar. I live in a cold winter area and have upper back and neck issues that this helps a great deal. I also travel to Scandinavia often and it definitely keeps me warm there. The customer service I've received in the past for other garments has been excellent. Although the jacket is a little stiff I'm hoping that with more wear it will soften up a little.”
